Report Preparation 1 2 Total 140 The estimated work effort in man-weeks for each task may be revised to change emphasis among tasks. Such revisions shall be subject to the procedures of paragraph 9 of the contract. ,~ask 1 - Project Aministration and Control Por this task the Contractor shall: ~ a. Prepare a detailed Plan of Study (POS) which shall address, in detail, the study tasks, schedule, budget, milestones, task products and coordination with the State. b. Coordinate and integrate the work of project team members and subcontractors. c. Monitor and control expenditures by task. d. Make oral status reports to the CWCB staff not less than every two weeks, with written status reports every four weeks. Task 2 - Meetings The Contractor will participate in five one-day meetings of the project advisory committee and will prepare exhibits or displays, as appropriate, for these meetings. It is anticipated that meetings also will be required with various State and Federal agencies for information and data collection as well as with the State for discussion of project-related matters. Task 3 - Review of Existing Data The Contractor shall review previous studies conducted on the Cache la poudre River and shall utilize existing data whenever possible. Published and unpublished data available from agencies and institutions such as the Bureau of Reclamation, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Colorado State Engineer's Office, the U.S. Geological Survey, state universities, municipalities and the Colorado Water Conservation Board will be reviewed for possible use in the study. -3-
