<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />." <br /> <br />The formulation and ~valuation of alternatives in this .study <br />will be conducted in two phases as follows: <br /> <br />Phase I In Phase I, preliminary alternative projects will <br />be developed and screened by the Contractor in consultation <br />with the State in a preliminary evaluation process. Each <br />alternative project shall consist of one or more storage <br />facilities. No less than four and no more than six <br />preliminary alternatives will be developed. <br /> <br />Phase II One or two of the alternatives from Phase I of the <br />study will be selected by the State with the assistance of <br />the Contractor for further development and analysis in <br />Phase II. Phase II analyses will be conducted in sufficient <br />detail to provide a reconnaissance-level assessment of <br />project feasibility. <br /> <br />In consultation with the State, the Contractor will <br />coordinate this study with the Hardin Dam study to be conducted <br />simultaneously by the State. The Contractor will consider the <br />major assumptions used in the Hardin Dam study as they may impact <br />proposed facilities in this study. <br /> <br />Task Descriptions <br /> <br />.
