5) DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES INSPECTION

Inspect the distribution systems of the Lone Cone and Farmers'
companies to identify maintenance concerns, locations for additional
headgates, and potential system interconnection locations,

Boyle, CWCB and SCS per~;onnel accompanied by ditch company
representatives will inspect the key areas of the distribution systems of
the Lone Cone and Farmers' companies, Areas of concern regarding
maintenance. locations where additional headgates should be installed,
and potential locations for interconnecting the systems will be noted and
documented.

The cost estimate developed for this task is based on an assumption of
substantial manpower assistance from the other cooperating entities,
Should this assistance not materialize to the degree anticipated, Boyle
and the CWCB will prioritize the work effort to concentrate resources
toward accomplishing the primary objectives of the task, Prior to
commencing' work on this task, a work plan and schedule will be
developed to coordinate the ac:tivities of all participants. The work plan
will define the specific items to be accomplished based on the available
manpower provided by the SCS and Extension,

6) STREAM GAGE INSTALLATION AND DATA COLLECTION

Coordinate with ditch company representatives regarding locations for
installation of streamgages and streamflow data collection procedures,

Boyle and CWCB personnel will consult with ditch company
representatives to assist in s,election of locations for installation of
continuous recording streamgages, Assistance will also be provided in
the development of data collElction and reduction procedures, The
consultations will be provided via telephone and in the study area during
the field data collection or study meeting trips, '
