Comply with procedures stat~d in General Conditions of the <br />Contract for issuance of Ce~tificate of Substantial <br />Completion. <br /> <br />B. When Contractor considers wprk has reached final <br />completion, submit written ~ertification that Contract <br />Documents have been reviewed, work has been inspected, and <br />that work is complete in ac~ordance with Contract <br />Documents and ready for Engineer's inspection. <br /> <br />C. In addition to submittals required by the conditions of <br />the Contract, provide submittals required by governing <br />authorities, and submit a final statement of accounting <br />giving total adjusted Contr~ct Sum, previous payments, and <br />sum remaining due. <br /> <br />D. Engineer will issue a final Change Order reflecting <br />approved adjustments to Contract Sum not previously made <br />by Change Order. <br /> <br />E. Engineer will develop as built drawings of the completed <br />work for submission to the State Engineer. As built <br />drawings will be based on field measurements of the struc- <br />tures as actually constructed, and the project documents <br /> <br />28 <br />
