Owne~'s ~ep~esentative (Enginee~) shall p~ovide all su~vey <br />points and stationing ~equi~ed fo~ p~ope~ layout of the <br />wo~k. Bench ma~ks have been established. Stakes will be <br />set to show clea~ing limits. Stakes will be set with an <br />offset of 10 feet. Stakes shall be ma~ked to show the <br />station, offset and fill ~equi~ed. <br /> <br />1.02 CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />A. P~ovide field enginee~ing se~vices; establish g~ades, <br />lines and levels by use of ~ecognized enginee~ing su~vey <br />p~actices. <br /> <br />B. Locate and p~otect cont~ol and ~efe~ence points. If the <br />ope~ations of Cont~acto~ ~esult in the dest~uction of <br />su~vey cont~ol and stakes, they will be ~eplaced by the <br />Enginee~ at the expense of the Cont~acto~. <br /> <br />C. If Cont~acto~ desi~es to have the Wo~k staked in a manne~ <br />othe~ than desc~ibed above, a~~angements shall be made <br />with the Enginee~ with Cont~acto~ bea~ing any additional <br />costs. <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br /> <br />23 <br />
