No Building Code is in effect for this work. <br /> <br />1.02 STANDARDS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A. The text of Division 2 will refer to the provisions of <br />Standards such as American Society for Testing and <br />Materials, American Concrete Institute, and other similar <br />organizations. For products specified by association or <br />trade standards, comply with requirements of the standard <br />except when more rigid requirements are specified or are <br />required by applicable codes. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />B. The date of the standard is that in effect as of the Bid <br />date, except when a specific date is specified. <br /> <br />1.03 LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />No building permits are required for this work. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />B. Contractor shall obtain at nis own expense, all licenses <br />and certificates required of him by law for execution of <br />the work. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />C. Contractor shall comply witn all federal, state or local <br />laws, ordinances, rules and regulations relating to the <br />performance of the work. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.04 PERMITS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A. Owner shall obtain all easements and rights-of-way to <br />permit contractor access to the work premises. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />B. Contractor to comply with all provisions of easements and <br />permits.
