1.02 DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS

A. The Drawings and Specifications are intended to provide
the information necessary for all parties concerned with
the contract to know the nature and amount of equipment
and materials required to successfully complete the work.
All work shall be conducted in accordance with these
Drawings and Specifications.

B. Record Drawings: The Contractor shall keep one set of
drawings on the job at all times, on which the grades,
alignments, boundaries, depths, configuration of all
piping and any other pertinent data shall be accurately
recorded. During the progress of work the Contractor
shall inform the Engineer of his findings and recordings.
At the completion of the job, he shall turn this set of
drawings over to the Engineer and assist the Engineer in
preparing "As-Built" drawings. The Contractor shall
designate one (1) employee other than the job superinten-
dant for recording all data. This employee shall be on
the job at all times that excavations are being made,
backfill is being placed, pipes are being placed and/or
relocated and structures are being built.

1.04 CONTRACTOR USE OF PF:EMISES

A. The Owner shall provide land or rights-of-way for the work
specified in this Contract and make suitable provisions
for ingress and egress, and the Contractor shall not enter
on or occupy with men, tools, equipment, or material, any
ground outside the right-of-way without the written
consent of the owner of such ground. Other contractors
and employees or agents of the Owner may for all necessary
purposes, enter upon the work and premises used by the
Contractor. The Contractor shall conduct his work so as
not to impede unnecessarily any work being done by others
on or adjacent to the site.

B. Limit the use of premises for work and construction
operations of this contract.
