Work includes all clearing, grubbing site access, <br />excavation, backfill, wetting and compaction required to <br />construct repairs to the slide area on the backslope of the Lone <br />Cabin Reservoir Dam. Work includes installation of a 12-inch CMP <br />pipe, concrete collars and cut off walls, and clean-up of the <br />site after construction. <br /> <br />B. Contractor will be responsible for all <br />Drawings, Specifications, Bid Schedule, <br />complete and workable system. <br /> <br />work designated in the <br />and as required for a <br /> <br />C. Final Inspection and Completing of Work. Prior to final <br />acceptance of the project, a Final Inspection will be conducted by <br />representatives and or agents of the Owner, it's Engineer, the <br />Contractor, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, the State <br />Engineer and any other State and Federal Agencies participating <br />in the project. This project and construction will not be <br />considered complete until the State Engineer has issued written <br />approval granting acceptance of the work. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Proposed method of construction is as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Set up sprinkler irrigation on borrow area to pre-wet fill <br />material. <br /> <br />2.. <br /> <br />Clear dam and creek basin to the limits shown on the <br />Drawings and as required for construction of the repair. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Clear the borrow area. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Excavate the key (as shown on drawings) with backhoe and <br />fill and spread with a dozer.
