RE: Town of Hudson Feasibility Report

In accordance with your request, I am hereby submitting
additional information to my letter of March 21, 1977.

Referencing to subject letter and to report outline for
Chapter 4 on water (1) we would include within the report
information relative to the safe or probable yield of the
water rights to be utilized, and (2) we would provide a
geo logi c profi 1 e or ground water and pumpi ng 1 eve 1 s for
the known conditions of the well.

I have included the attached 'Supplement to Exhibit A'.
It provides a more detailed breakdown of manhours and costs
for preparation of the Feasibility Report for the Town of
Hudson.

I have contacted the Town regarding the increased amount of
the study fee over that projected initially. The Mayor has
advised me that we may proceed based on the Town Council's
approval, but that they will have to approve it officially
at the next meeting. If for some reason it is not approved,
we will advise immediately.

Please advise if you are in need of additional information.
