<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />The detailed work plan should include the evaluation techniques and <br />methodologies to be employed, project schedule, linkages between <br />tasks, likely sources of information to be used, and anticipated <br />problems, if any, in accomplishing the required tasks due to time, data, <br />or monetary constraints. <br /> <br />6. Project Costs-The proposal should include the cost of each task as <br />listed in the Scope of Work, and the total cost for completion of the <br />Assessment Project. A detailed cost matrix showing the hours and <br />costs for each task (professional staff hours, subcontractor hours, and <br />costs of project expenses) shall be provided. The Project budget is <br />$175,000. Proposals must fully meet the stated objectives! tasks within <br />the Project budget. The Enterprise Board will enter into contract <br />negotiations with the successful bidder. The contract shall establish a <br />fixed price, within the Project budget, for the total completion of the <br />Assessment Project. <br /> <br />7. Project Schedule-The proposal should include a schedule showing <br />the time required to complete e13Ch task and the final Assessment <br />Report. This schedule shall include time to allow for the review of a 1st <br />Draft and a review of the Final Oraft of the Assessment Report. <br />Meetings should be scheduled With the Enterprise Project Manager <br />and Storage Study Committee Project Work Team at key decision <br />making points during the project. <br /> <br />Selection Process <br /> <br />Selection Process and Schedule-A general Request for Qualifications <br />was sent to a group of 16 Colorado engineering firms February 1997. Four firms <br />provided the Enterprise with a complete Statement of Qualifications. All four <br />firms have been asked to submit a proposal in response to this RFP. <br /> <br />When proposals are submitted to the Enterprise, no later than 12:00Noon, <br />Friday, April 25, 1997, they will be scored based on a set of evaluation criteria. <br />The Project Work Team of the Storage Study Committee and the Enterprise staff <br />will score the proposals. Following the scoring process the Project Work Team <br />will conduct interviews ( one hour each) with each firm. The full Storage Study <br />Committee membership will be invited to attend the interviews, however, the 1- <br />hour interview will be administered by the Project Work Team. Following the <br />interviews, the Storage Study Comrnittee will meet and develop a <br />recommendation regarding which firm should be granted the Assessment Project <br />contract. The Committee's recommendation will then go to the Board of the <br />Enterprise for their final decision. <br /> <br />7 <br />
