<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Required Contents of the Proposal <br /> <br />General-The proposal should include a detailed description of how the <br />contractor will conduct the Assessment Project, a cost estimate within the <br />proposed Project budget, and a time schedule for completing the Assessment. <br /> <br />(Each firm should provide 15 copies of their proposal to the Enterprise on or <br />before the submittal deadline of April 25, 1997,) <br /> <br />Specific Elements-Proposals should be developed generally in the <br />following format and should be concise and relevant to the identified objectives, <br /> <br />1, Firm and Personnel Qualifications-Include a brief description of your <br />firm's qualifications, and the qualifications of those personnel which <br />you proposed to conduct the Project, that may be in addition to the <br />SOQ information which has already been provided, <br /> <br />2. Project Management and Team Organization-Provide a brief <br />description of the management and organizational structure of your <br />assessment project work team. Include a listing of each team member <br />and their specific responsibilities on this project. Identify and discuss <br />the role of your Project Manager. listing his specific qualifications. and <br />his proposed responsibilities for this Assessment Project. , <br /> <br />3. Coordination-During the course of the Assessment Project. the <br />contractor is expected to stay in close contact with the Enterprise <br />Project Manager regarding the status of the project. addressing <br />questions on Scope of Work tasks, and providing the required <br />deliverables, This coordination will include Written Progress Reports, <br />Progress Report Presentations, and additional meetings or conference <br />calls as needed to maintain proper communication throughout the <br />project. The proposal should state how the contractor will <br />communicate and work with the many water users groups identified, <br /> <br />4, Quality Assurance-The proposal should describe in detail the <br />contractors plan for quality assurance, List procedures which will be <br />used to resolve any problems which might occur during the project. <br /> <br />5. Scope of Services-The proposal should include a clear statement of <br />the Assessment Project goal and objectives and the contractor's <br />approach (scope of services) toward meeting the goal and objectives. <br />Provide a description of the contractor's work plan for completion of <br />the Assessment Project. <br /> <br />6 <br />
