Qualifications and experience of Firm and Project Team <br />2. Project Management and Team Organization <br />3. Coordination and Quality Assurance plan effectiveness <br />4. Scope of ServiceslWork Plan for completion of <br />Project goal and objectives <br />5. Understanding of the water/storage issues in the Basin <br />6.
