issuance of its fully paid up ~tock to each of said contract holders in
proportion to one share of such stock for each of said ff;tffen hundred fifty
(1,550) water rights heretofore issued therein.
To secure any other lands needed for the purposes of rights of way. for
canals, ditches, drainage purposes and reservoirs in connectio~ therewith;
to dispose of any such when not needed to build and. construct other Inlet ditches
to said .reservoir or.outlets therefrom, to enlarge said reservoir, raise the
banks thereto, increase its storage capacity and to do and perfol'll any and all
other acts necessary for the proper control, management, repairing, operation
and maintenance of said reservoir and ditches.
The said Jackson lake Reservoir, the inlet thereto and the outlet therefrom
heretofore lentioned are located in the Counties of Morgan and Weld and State of
Colora~o, and partially described as follows, to-wit: T~e headgate to the pre-
sent inlet ditch to said reservoir being located on the north bank of the South

Platte at a point about whence the West conner of Section 18, Twp. 4 North,
Range 51 West bears north 67 degrees twenty-five minutes West 4,780 feet in Weld
County, Colorado; said inlet ditch running thence in an easterly and northeasterly

direction through a part of Weld and Morgan Counties, Colorado, the said reservoir
being situate on all or portions of Sections g, 10, 13, 14, IS, 16, 21, 22, 23, 24,
26 and 27, In Twp. 5 North, Range 60 West of the 6th P.M., In Morgan County,

Third. The capital stock of the said The Jackson lake Reservoir and Irrigation
Company shall be. One Hundred Fifty-five Thousand 0011ar5 ($155.000.00) which shall
be divided into fifteen hundred fifty shares of the par value of One Hundred Oollars
($100.00) for each share, and the said stock to be issued to the holders and present
owners of the fifteen hundred fifty (1.550) water rights heretofore sold In said
Jackson lake by the South Platte land Reservoir and Irrigation Company, representin~
a storage space. herein of one million (1,000,000) cubic feet each and in lieu of
said contracts, said stock shall be assessable upon a majority vote of.the stock-
holders of said company In the manner provided for by law for all purposes necessary
in the management. operation, maintenance, repairs, protection and Improvements
