The operations of our said company will be carried on In the <br />counties of Horgan and Weld In the State of Colorado and the principal place and <br />business office of said company shall be located In the town of Fort Horgan, in <br />the County cf Morgan, and State of Colorado aforesaid. <br />Seventh.
