<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. The River District will be the contracting <br />entity tor the development of the planning model. The <br />River District will enter into a contract with <br />consultant(s) necessary to develop the planning model. <br />The method of selection of the consultant(s) and the <br />detailed scope of work will be jointly developed and <br />approved by the project sponsors in accordance with all <br />applicable state and Federal law. The other sponsors <br />will enter into separate arrangements with the River <br />District for payment of their individual contributions. <br /> <br />B. Fundina. <br />The sponsors shall contribute as follows: <br /> <br />1. Subject to appropriation by the General <br />Assembly the CWCB shall contribute $100,000. <br /> <br />2. Reclamation shall contribute $144,000, <br />comprised of in-kind services and cash contributions. <br />Subject to appropriation by Congress, these <br />contributions shall be made available from Federal <br />fiscal year 1991 and 1992 appropriations. Cash <br />contributions will be provided in accordance with a <br />separate agreement(s) between Reclamation and the <br />sponsors. <br /> <br />3. Subject to appropriation by the Board of <br />Directors, the River District shall contribute cash <br />totaling $15,000 in 1991 and $15,000 in 1992, plus in- <br />kind services totalling $15,000 in 1991 and $15,000 in <br />1992. <br /> <br />4. Subject to appropriation by the Board of <br />Directors, Upper Gunnison shall contribute a <br />combination of cash and in-kind services totalling <br />$10,000 in 1991, and $10,000 in 1992, <br /> <br />5. Subject to appropriation by the Board of <br />Directors, Tri-County shall contribute a combination of <br />cash and in-kind services totalling $2,500 in 1991, and <br />$2,500 in 1992. <br /> <br />2 of 6 <br />
