Subject to appropriation by the Board of <br />Directors, Water Use~s shall contribute a combination <br />of cash and in-kind $ervices totalling $2,500 1991, and <br />$2,500 in 1992. <br /> <br />7. The state Engineer shall contribute in-kind <br />services totalling $13,000 in 1991 and $13,000 in 1992, <br />subject to maintaining the current level of staffing in <br />Water Division No.4. <br /> <br />C. SDonsors Committee. <br /> <br />Each sponsor shall designate a member to serve on <br />the Sponsors Committee (SC). The SC shall provide <br />direction and management for the development of both <br />the accounting spreadsheet and planning model. The <br />committee shall meet as necessary to effectively manage <br />the project. <br /> <br />D. Public Focus GrOUD. <br /> <br />The parties shall jointly appoint a public focus <br />group (PFG). The PFG will provide public input and <br />advice to the Sponso~s Committee, The PFG will meet as <br />necessary to distribute information and receive input <br />from interested parties. All meetings of the PFG shall <br />be open to the gener~l public and held within the <br />Gunnison Basin. <br /> <br />III. Other. <br /> <br />A. The sponsors ag~ee the activities and resulting <br />products developed under this Memorandum may be <br />submitted as ev~dence of diligence under Colorado <br />law. <br /> <br />B. By participatinq in the effort defined by this <br />memorandum, no sponsor is making an endorsement <br />of, recommendat~on of, or commitment to support <br />any future water project or studies leading to the <br />development of any future water project in the <br />Gunnison Basin. <br /> <br />IV. Cost Ceilinq. <br /> <br />Total expenditures associated with this work shall not <br />exceed $360,000, unless modified under the terms of Section V of <br />this Memorandum of Understanding. <br /> <br />3 of 6 <br />
