<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Task 2.3 Update StateCU Documentation to Reflect New Capabilities <br />Revise the StateCU Documentation to reflect the enhancements incorporated in Task 2.1. This <br />includes updating the following sections: <br />Section 3.0 Graphic User Interface <br />Section 4.0 Model Description <br />Section 6,0 Output Descriptions <br /> <br />Task 2.4 Create New StateCU Installation Package <br />Create a new StateCU Installation Package that includes the updated documentation plus a <br />description of revisions since the last release. <br /> <br />TASK 3 - VERIFY DATA CENTERED STATECU INPUT FILE DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />A new DMI, precu, is being developed by RTi to provide a data-centered method for extracting data from <br />HydroBase and creating required StateCU input files. It is envisioned that precu will create the following <br />StateCU Input files: <br /> <br />StateCU Structure File C* .str) <br />Crop Distribution Structure File C* .cds) <br />Crop Coefficient File C* .kbc) <br />Crop Parameter File C* .chr) <br />Structure Parameter File (*.par) <br />Time Series Parameter File C*.tsp) <br />Historic Pumping Volume File C*.pvh) <br /> <br />Objective: <br /> <br />Assist RTi in determining the functionality required by the precu. Verify that the input data and DMI <br />functionality create files that are the same as the files created for the Upper Gunnison scenario. Provide <br />a step-by-step procedure memorandum and associated command files to the CRWCD and the UGRWCD <br />. that can be used to update future Upper Gunnison analyses. In addition, verify that precu correctly <br />creates the ground water-specific files used in the RGDSS consumptive use analysis C* .tsp and * ,pvh). <br /> <br />Approach: <br /> <br />Task 3.1 Coordinate with RTi <br />Coordinate with RTi to provide an understanding of the methods used to create the required input <br />files outside of the database environnient. Assist RTi in determining the required functionality <br />and default options for precu. This task is expected to include two half-day meetingsCErin, Is <br />this enough time?). <br /> <br />Task 3.2 Prepare StateCU input files using precu <br />Input files will be created for the historic consumptive use analysis using precu. Input files will <br />be compared to input files generated for the Upper Gunnison scenario and the RGDSS scenario. <br />Precu documentation, prepared by RTi, will be followed and reviewed.
