IDENTIFIED OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />A. Provide for municipal, irrigation and snow- <br /> <br />making uses on the Blue River and its <br /> <br />tributaries above Dillon Reservoir in a manner <br /> <br />that meets existing and future water diversion <br /> <br />demands and maintains stream "flows at rates <br /> <br />sufficient to protect the fishery resources, <br /> <br />irrespective of the relative priorities of water <br />Ql,3 and Q 30, 3 <br />rights, and maintains flows above the Q:7~J..o <br /> <br />levels upon which current NPDES permits are <br /> <br />premised. <br /> <br />possible means to achieve this <br /> <br />objective are: <br />1. Additional storage reservoirs. <br />2. Glacial moraine storage. <br />3. Use of Clinton Gulch Reservoir or <br /> <br />other AMAX water rights. <br /> <br />4. Change in the operation of the Goose <br /> <br />Pasture Tarn. <br /> <br />5. Enlargement of the capacity of the <br /> <br />Goose Pasture Tarn. <br />
