Emergency Operating Fund - The amount will be established by the <br />Company and detailed by Westetn Engineers. <br /> <br />Chapter VII - Project Evaluation <br /> <br />Western will conduct a Project Evaluation Study based on data supplied by <br />the Company, and developed in the Feasibility Study, <br /> <br />Chapter VIII - Financial Program <br /> <br />Western will prepare a financial program in accordance with the Guidelines <br />which program will show revenues and payout of the Company for all purposes <br />(i.e, OM&R, bond repayment funds, interest, receipt of load funds from CWCB and <br />application to project, repayment of loan funds, assessments collected from <br />shareholders). The program will be prepared from data supplied by the Company, <br />Costs developed in the Feasibility Study and required repayment of loan, <br />including interest costs. <br /> <br />PART C - ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />Since the project will be rehabilitation of existing facilities, there will <br />be no change to environment and no environmental assessment will be made. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
