Letter of Support from Reservoir and Canal Companies <br /> <br />c. Describe the operation of the project and the operation of all the existing facilities <br />(such as the Larimer-Weld Canal in the Dry Creek basin and the differences in the <br />operations before and after the selected project implementation) <br /> <br />d. Property acquisition needs and acquisition procedures <br /> <br />e. Federal-state-Iocal acceptance of fuse-plug concept for Douglas Reservoir <br /> <br />f. Revised base flood elevations for selected alternative from Douglas Reservoir <br />downstream to the Cache la Poudre River for the 100-year flood (as needed for <br />FEMA CLOMR submittal comparing existing FEMA elevations and selected project <br />elevations and define the CLOMR and LOMR process) <br /> <br />g. Define CWCS designation and approval process for revised floodplain <br /> <br />h. Final project design process and schedule <br /> <br />i. Operation and maintenance needs <br /> <br />j. Project ownership and responsibility <br /> <br />Report shall also contain maps, charts, tables, and other figures in sufficient quantity and <br />detail to clearly identify and describe the selected alternative as well as the economic, <br />institutional, and financial feasibility of the selected alternative. <br /> <br />E. Deliverables <br /> <br />The final report shall be produced so that it has a professional appearance and is easy for a . <br />technical audience to read and understand. Appropriate table of contents, section headings, <br />and subsections shall be used to facilitate easy reference of specific information. Maps, <br />graphs, tables, and other figures shall be used where necessary to convey the desired <br />information. Specific deliverables are: <br /> <br />. 3 hard copies of each draft report (for review by the City, County, and CWCS). <br /> <br />. 5 hard copies of the final report <br /> <br />. 3 copies of the compact disk containing electronic files of the final report and supporting <br />data. <br /> <br />. 3 hard copies of a technical appendix containing all relevant backup information for the <br />project. <br /> <br />F. Meetings and Coordination <br /> <br />Project team meetings. The Sponsor-Consultant project team shall meet at the initiation of <br />the Study and as necessary thereafter to discuss progress, answer questions, and <br />receive/provide input. A minimum of three team meetings will be held between the Sponsor <br />and the Consultant during the course of the Study. Meetings times and locations will be <br />mutually agreed upon and scheduled accordingly. <br /> <br />G.
