The results of the MWSI Project would then be documented in a report to the State, Project Administration Project Team Member Firms The Project Team member firms include Hydrosphere Resource Consultants, Inc" HRS Water Consultants, Inc., Mulhern MRE, Inc" Spronk Water Engineers, Inc, and ECL The roles of the respective Team member firms are presented and discussed in the Team Organization section of this Proposal, Team Organization The organization of the Project Team is presented in the Team Organization section of th is Proposal, Coordination and Reporting The Project Manager, Mr. Lee Rozaklis, will have regular responsibility for Project coordination and reporting with the Project Management Team and T AC. Coordination and reporting are discussed in the Team Organization and Coordination sections of this Proposal. In order to ensure clear communications and reporting between the Contractors, the Project Management Team and T AC, it is recommended that a single State Project Leader and a T AC chairperson be designated, Project Schedule The Project schedule is presented in the Scheduling section of this Proposal.
