The NCWCD contains approximately 359 square miles outside of the
four water service areas listed above, for an average assessed
valuation of $69,930 per square mile.

The proposed Morgan County Quality Water District contains approxi-
mately 281 square miles, most of which lie within the boundaries
of the NCWCD. At an average assessed valuation of $69,930 per
square mile, the estimated assessed valuation within the proposed
MCQWD is $19,650,000.
