Blection. The Board of Directors shall, at the <br />regular meeting held in the month of Hay, elec~ one of their number <br />Chairman of the Board and President of the District; shall elect one <br />of their number Vice-Chairman of the Board and vice-President of the <br />District; shall elect a Secretary of the Board and :shall elect a <br />Treasurer. Officers elected by the Board of pi rectors shall hold <br />office until the next annual election of the Board of Directors the <br />following May and until their successors Are elected and qualified. <br />THE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT Of THE BOARD SHALL EACH SERVE FOR A <br />TERti OF ONE YEAR. HOIIEVER, WITH THB CONSENT OF THE BOARD. THB <br />PRESIDENT AND/OR THE VICE PRESIDENT HAY SERVE A SECOND CONSECUTIVE <br />TERM OF ONE YEAR. PRO~IDED THE PRESIDENT AND/OR VICE PRESIDENT AGREE <br />TO SERVE SUCH SECOND TERM. SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN <br />THE PRECEDING SENTENCE. THE VICE PRESIDENT S~ALL BE CONSIDERED A <br />PRESIDENT-ELECT AND SHALL MOVE UP TO THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT WITH <br />THE .CONSENT OF THE BOARD. The Treasurer shall be responsible for <br />the receipt of and thB issuance of receipts for all moneys due and <br />payable to the DistriCt. and for the deposit of all such mpneya in <br />the name of the Distr~ct in such bank or banks 6S may be designated <br />by the Board of Directors.
