wetlands at the west end of the reservoir
showing:
- Not more than 10 acres of open water
- a schedule of completion of the wetlands
prior to the filling of the reservoir
- a vegetation plan which establishes
performance standards and establishes
vegetation prior to the first growing season
after the reservoir begins filling.
- future monitoring by permanently locating
reference points to photographically monitor
the relative success o[ mitigation of the
area. Photos are to be taken before, during,
and three years alter wetland constrac ti on,
the first weeks of August and submitted to
CUE on October 1 annually.
