OFFICIAL RETURN

At a District Election held at the District's Office in
JUlesburg in the County of Sedgwick, State of Colorado, on the
t:,~ day of .r;: 'n P , 1995 for the purpose of deciding the
following question:

Shall the Julesburg Irrigation District be authorized:

1. To borrow an additional amount of $61,750 from the Colorado
Water Conservation Board of the State of Colorado at the
rate of interest not to exceed 5% per annum for the purpose
of rehabilitation of portions of the,Julesburg Reservoir and
the Harmony Ditch, said sum to be in addition to the sum of
$325,000 previously authorized to be borrowed from the said
Colorado Water Conservation Board, for a total borrowing of
$386,750.

2. To enter into one or more contracts for the rehabilitation
of the Julesburg Reservoir and the Harmony Ditch, paying for
such work from the proceeds of the loans from the Colorado
Water Conservation Board, and, if the total cost is in
excess of $386,750 utilizing other revenues available to the
District.

3. To secure the repayment of all sums borrowed with interest
by a lien on the real property of the District and by a
pledge of taxes and assessments of the District.
