TO borrow an additional amount of $61,750.00 from the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Boardo~ the State of Colorado at the <br />rate of interect not to exceed 5% per annum for the purpose of <br />rehabilitation of portions. of the Julesburg Reservoir and the <br />Harmony.Ditch, said sum to be in addition to .the sum of $325,000 <br />previously authorized to, be borrowed frm the said Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board;- for the total borrowing of$ 386,750.00. <br /> <br />2. To enter into one or more contracts for the <br />rehabilitation of the JUlesburg Reservoir and the Harmony Ditch <br />paying for such work from the proceeds of the loans from the <br />Colorado Water ConserVation Board, and, if the total 'cost is in <br />excess of $3S6,750~00 utilizing other revenues available to the <br />District. ' <br /> <br />3.
