1. To borrow not in exceo.s of$100,OOO from tht Colorado Water Conservation
Board of the State of Colorado at an interest rate of35% per annum for 30 years
for the purpose of constructing a new structure on the Petersen Ditch at it's
confluence with the Lodgepole Creek.
2. To enter into one or more contracts for the purpose of constructing a new
structure, paying for such work from the proceeds of the loan with the Colorado
Water Conservancy Board and if the total cost is in excess of$100,000, uHizing
other revenues available to the District.
3 To secure the repayment of sums borrowed with interest by a lien on real property
of the District and by a pledge of taxes and assessments of the District and a
certificate of deposit in the amount of one annual payment.
