The removal <br /> <br />of the old structures and subsequent riprap placement cannot be per- <br />- formed economically until late September 1994, near the end of the <br /> <br />. .1. . <br />~rr~qat~on season when the reservoir is nearly drained, thus delaying <br /> <br />completion of the project until fall 1194. <br /> <br />As a consequence of this delay, we request that the CWCB-District <br /> <br />construction and funding contract be extended one additional year to <br /> <br />January 1995.
