These studies indicated the scope <br />of the project shoul d be expanded to incl ude the raw water del i very <br />system. The scope of the project has been expanded to include the <br />outlet conduit, intake structure, influent pipeline, yard piping, and <br />the pump station. In addition, land prices and requirements have been <br />updated and the spillway preliminary design modified with respect to <br />the most recent PMF estimating procedures. <br /> <br />Much of the technical information presented in Chapter IV of this <br />report is based on work done by Hydro-Triad, Ltd. (Reference 9). <br />Rocky Mountain Consultants has rel ied on that information, making <br />modifications and changes as necessary to meet present conditions. <br />Except for Chapter III, Rocky Mountain Consultants (RMC) is respon- <br />sible for the contents of this Amended Feasibility Report. Lee Rice <br />Consulting water Engineers (LRCWE) is responsible for the contents of <br />Chapter III.
