Water users and water districts will <br />be advised well in advance of the two-day review and will be invited to attend and participate <br />in a final review and edit of the products. <br /> <br />Based on the final review in each water district, the Contractor will edit and revise the digital <br />coverages and prepare final maps for delivery to the State. <br /> <br />De/iverables: <br /> <br />91.1 A technical memorandum describing the entire mapping process including: irrigated parcel <br />delineation; well permit matching, locating wells and assigning irrigation wells to irrigated <br />parcels; ditch identification, alignment and mapping of potential service areas; assigning <br />irrigation structures to irrigated parcels; role and methods used by water users and water <br />commissioners; and, documentation of the review and final mapping procedures. <br /> <br />91.2 Working copies of maps containing comments and edits of water commissioners and water <br />users about irrigated fields, crop types and irrigation service areas. <br /> <br />91.3 Digital files showing the location of anticipated 8,700 wells and associated irrigated parcels <br />in Districts 1, 2, 3 and 64, representing approximately 77 percent of the irrigation from <br />groundwater in the study area. Digital files showing irrigated parcels attributed with the <br />source of surface irrigation water in the same districts for anticipated 152 irrigation structures <br />representing 50 percent of the surface water irrigation in the study area. The data format and <br />map presentation will be consistent with other CDSS products. <br /> <br />9\.4 Metadata for all GIS deliverables developed in this task using FGDC compliant metadata <br />format. Included in the metadata will be a description of known data quality problems and a <br />listing of steps involved in developing each GIS coverage and modifications for inclusion in <br />the SPDSS. Also, a description of the QNQC procedure will be included along with the <br />persons reviewing the information and the contact of the person responsible for the final <br />review and approval of the product. <br /> <br />Page 11 of 26 Pages <br />
