The bene:it-cost <br />ratios for the proJect will be developed for <br />this chapter with a discussion 0: the general <br />bene:its 0: the proJect shown versus the <br />consequences to the NPIC by not proceeding <br />with the proJect. As the proJect's purpose <br />is to secure NPIC water rights :or Clark Lake <br />snd to ensure the sa:ety 0: the reservoir <br />dam. this is what the proJect evaluation will <br />be directed toward. Although some bene:it <br />could be shown :or possible :uture M & I <br />water, bene:it to Fish and Wi1dli:e, <br />Recreation. and Drainsge, the primary purpose <br />of Clark Lake is to provide irrigation water <br />
