The Juniper powerplant would <br />interconnect with the nearby 138-kilovolt line of the storage project <br />system that will extena from Vernal to Hayden by way of Craig. Addi- <br />tions to lines and substations would be made as necessary to accommodate <br />the added power. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />.. - , <br />Vernal to Hayden 138-kilovolt line of the Colorado River Storage <br />project located west of Juniper Mountain. <br /> <br />Recreational development <br /> <br />Basic public use recreational facilities would be provide a at Federal <br />cost for access, sanitation, and safety of the public and for protection of <br />the area.
