<br />BEAVER PARK WATER, INC., whose address is P. O. Box 286, Penrose,
<br />Colorado, 81240, County of fremont, and State of Colorado, for the consider-
<br />ation of Other Good and Valuable Considerations and TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS
<br />('10.00), in hand paid, hereby sells and quit claims to the COLORADO WATER
<br />CONSERVATION BOARD, DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, STATE OF COLORADO, whose
<br />address is 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, 80203, County of Denver, and
<br />State of Colorado, the following real property, in the County of fremont, and
<br />State of Colorado, to-wit:
<br />
<br />A 12-inch PVC pipe with all appurtenances of the Number 2 Lateral
<br />beginning at the Upper Ditch on the South Side continuing south
<br />for 1334 feet into a 10-inch pve pipe continuing on south for
<br />1802 feet; the 12-inch PVC pipe located in Section 28, near "I"
<br />P~ Street, Township 18 South, Range 68 West, 6th Principal Meridian,
<br />CO '" and the 10-inch pve pipe located in Section 33, near "1" Street,
<br />Township. 18 South, Range 68 West, 6th Principal Moridian; and
<br />
<br />A 10-inch PVC pipe with all appurtenances of the Number 1 Lateral
<br />beginning at the Upper Ditch near IIKI~ Street continuing South
<br />for 2840 feet towards Lower Ditch located in Section 2B, Township
<br />18 South, Range 68 West; connecting to 8-inch PVC pipe continuing
<br />South 1037 feat towards Lower Ditch near "K'I Street located 1n
<br />Section 33, Township 18 South, Range 68 West, 6th Principal Meridian;
<br />
<br />with all its appurtenances.
<br />
<br />This Deed is made in accordance with that certain Contract heretofore
<br />entered into on the 1st day of September, 1981, by and between the State of
<br />Colorado for the use and benefit of the Department of Natural Resources (Colorado
<br />Water Conservation Board) and Beaver Park Water, Inc., and in accordance with
<br />Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, 37-60-120; PROVIDED HOWEVER, that upon repayment
<br />of funds.as called for in the Contract dated September 1, 1981, as the same were
<br />made available by Colorado Revised Statubes, 1973, 37-60-119, the State of Colorado
<br />shall reconvey said property to the Grantor herein.
