<br />CONSERVATION BOARD, DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES. STATE OF COLORADO, whose'

<br />State of Colorado, the following real property, in the County. of Fremont, and

<br />This Deed is made in accordance ~ith that certain Contract heretofore
<br />entered into on the 1st day of September, 1981, by and between the State of
<br />Colorado for the use and benefit of the Department of Natural Resources (Colorado
<br />Water Conservation Board) and Beaver Park Water, Inc.. and in accordance Hith
<br />Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, 37-60-120; PROVIDED HOWEVER, that upon repayment
<br />of funds as called for in the Contract dated September 1, 1981, as the same Here
<br />made available by Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973. 37-60-119, the State of Colorado
<br />shall reconvey said property to the Grantor herein.
