In Section III you have the equipment standby costs. <br />Please justify the table submitted by giving full <br />details why all the equipment mentioned in your list <br />was necessary to do the Division 1 work. Explain why <br />the standard standby cost of 25\ of the hourly rate <br />should not apply. <br /> <br />Give daily details as to the hours this equipment has <br />worked from October 24, 1988 to date. Daily details <br />should include daily mileage for the piCkUPS and trucKS <br />and daily work hours for other equipment. <br /> <br />B. Letter dated June 5, 1989 <br /> <br />17. In the third paragraph of the first page of your letter <br />you mention that the additional costs of claims made <br />are prorata costs based on the original claim period. <br />Please explain: <br /> <br />(a) Why were the claims separated in two? <br /> <br />(b) Are the percentages established before still the <br />same and why. If not please give new percentages <br />and establish new amounts. <br /> <br />We would appreciate your answers on the above at your <br />earliest convenience. but no later than 30 days after receipt <br />of this letter. Please note that according to Section 9.11.3 <br />-of the General Conditions, if you should fail to furnish the <br />information requested within the required time period. the <br />Authority will be deemed to have waived its claim.
