Also please give <br />the Direct cost per day for Divisions II and III <br />starting from the Notice to Proceed to date. In <br />addition please provide supporting documents for total <br />direct costs of the To~aoc Municipal Project for March <br />3 to April 22. 1989. <br /> <br />12. Explain and show where in the bidding documents <br />.providing for the final alignment of the Division II <br />segment. also means giving the Notice to Proceed on <br />Division II. <br /> <br />13. In Section II paragrapb 4 you mention that ....the <br />project has been effectively broken down...to three <br />separate projects none of which could be managed or <br />performed concurrently with the other..... Please <br />elaborate on the statement and also explain why <br />Division I and Division III work could not be managed <br />together. <br /> <br />14. In the last paragraph of Section II of your letter you <br />mention that ....you consider the period from October <br />24, 1988 through March 2. 1989 the basis for the fully <br />efficient period when the direct costs were at a level <br />that could be held reasonably consistent throughout the <br />project..... Please compare these costs with the costs <br />of the total project. and those of the individual <br />Divisions, up to date. <br /> <br />15. In the next page in the second paragraph you use the <br />same percentages as for Section I. Please explain why <br />this was done. why you cannot esta~lish a new <br />percentage and if you had to establish one how you <br />would you proceed. Also please explain if Goffinett <br />and Darling were only busy with the project 55% of the <br />time, what they were doing in the 45% off period. and <br />provide acceptable documentation. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
