8. On page 3-Section I of your letter. you mention in the
first sentence of the first paragraph that expenses
were falling below a planned or scheduled level.
Please give details as to what the scheduled level was
for the whole of Division I giving details of:

(a) Names and social security number of all personnel
employed.

(b) Number of hours daily spent on the project.

(c) Give details as to exactly what duties those
personnel were performing.

(d) Total renumeration received. and how much was
charged to Division I of the project.

Please repeat the same for work done on Division
III (Notice to Proceed given on March 2. 1989) to
date. Also give the same information for Division
II work (Notice to Proceed given on May 8, 1989)
to date.

9. In the third sentence of the first paragraph of Section
I you mention that you bid the project with certain
"expectations". Please give in detail what these
expectations were and how they carne into being. If
statements were made please mention these quoting the
exact verbage. who made them, when. where and under
what circumstances.

10. In the second paragraph of Section I you mention
"productive activity but at a reduced level in Division
III". Please define "productive activity" and compare
the "productive activity" you had in Division I to that
of Division III. Then please supply the fOllowing
details:

(a) Names and social security number of all people of
your organization involved in the project to date
and the exact number of hours spent on the project
