The motion passed unanimously. NEW BUSINESS Consideration of Option for Exchange Rights for Giberson Property Bruce Baumgartner, County Manager, reported on the letter received from Stanley W. Cazier, of Baker, Cazier and NcGowan, a LaH Partnership, requesting .5 acre foot exchange rights and Dillon storage rights for the Giberson property, Hhich nOH does not have zoning, as it is needed because the proposal is to transfer Wind.v Gap Hater to Middle Park water to be used on that site. Corrnnissioner Ulmer corrnnented that he understood that these water rights did not include the Seniors' Center, and Mr. Giberson would need to clarify this matter. Commissioner Peterson referenced the position of the U.S. Forest Service in this matter due to the location of the property. r-mION: Commissioner Ulmer moved to continue the proposal of option for exchange rights for the Giberson Property illltil the May 23, 1988 meeting due to lack of adequate information. Approval of Contract Re: Natural Conservation Board and Stnmnit County Resources, BetHeen Colorado Water Bruce Baumgartner, Count~. ~1anager, reported on the contract between the Colorado Water Conservation Board and Surruni t County. The contract is proposed so that the County can receive and spend Sixty Thousand 1$60,000) Dollars of state grant funds to be used on the small reservoir feasibility stud.v. The county Hould act as the lead agent on this project and would need to secure the additional matching funds of Twenty Thousand ($20,000) Dollars, The county Hould also act as the contracting and billing agent for the consult..=t, Mr. Baumgartner informed the Board that Jeffrey L.
