Analyze and review how the operations of Dillon <br />Reservoir. Green Mountain Reservoir, the Goose Pasture <br />Tarn. and future projects could be integrated in a <br />manner that proviCles for both diversion uses and <br />instream flows. Outline a mitigation plan that will <br />meet requirements of the Bureau of Reclamation for <br />water users within Summit County to obtain Green <br />Mountain Reservoir water service contracts. This will <br />require consultation with the Bureau of Reclamation and <br />other feCleral and state agencies. <br /> <br />2. Summarize the results and disl=uss findings.
