Based on information provided by AMAX. review and <br />summarize the hydrology of Clinton Gulch Reservoir and <br />other AMAX water rights available for augmentation use <br />by Summit County water users. <br /> <br />2. Analyze how Clinton Gulch Reservoir could be used to <br />the benefit of Summit County water users: <br /> <br />a. To support consumptive uses and instream flow <br />purposes on Tenmile Creek. <br /> <br />b. To maintain instream flows on the Blue River below <br />Dillon Reservoir. <br /> <br />c. In integrated operations with Dillon Reservoir. <br />Goose Pasture Tarn. or other reservoirs to perfect <br />exchanges. <br /> <br />3. Summarize results and make recommendations. to include <br />suggested use of Clinton Gulch Reservoir. an analysis <br />of the legal and institutional issues. and costs based <br />upon alternative financing mechanisms. <br /> <br />For Obiectives A and C--Snake River: <br /> <br />Analyze and review future needs and possible sites for <br />small storage reservoirs in the Snake River Basin.
