The outlet <br />works has been partially crushed which has reduced its flow capacity. <br /> <br />The existing spillway will flood residences along the perimeter of the <br />reservoir during a 100-year flood event, <br /> <br />Heinricy Dam is not a jurisdictional facility, The existing spillway is in good <br />condition and has adequate capacity. <br /> <br />Boyd Lake does not have a spillway, The dam is classified as a Class I dam <br />which requires a 75% PMP spillway. <br /> <br />Equalizer Dam does not have a spillway.
