<br />. <br /> <br />"P <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Public Involvement Program <br /> <br />The State shall be responsible for the design and conduct of <br />a public involvement program to accompany the study. This will <br />include the formation of an advisory committee of interested <br />parties which will provide input and comments to the State on the <br />conduct and content of the study. The Contractor will be re- <br />quired to participate in the public involvement program's activ- <br />ities only to the extent of preparation for and attendance at <br />five one-day advisory committee meetings to be held in Grand <br />Junction or Meeker, Colorado. <br /> <br />Study Products <br /> <br />The Contractor shall provide one camera-ready copy of each <br />of the following: <br /> <br />1. A detailed POS which shall expand upon the work task <br />descriptions above, identify the discrete elements of <br />each work task, detail the methodologies to be employed <br />for each work task, detail the allocation of manpower <br />and money to each work task and major element thereof, <br />and set forth a schedule of major milestones for accom- <br />plishing the study. <br /> <br />2. A report on alternative plans (end of Task 7). <br /> <br />3. Draft final report. <br /> <br />4. The final report. <br /> <br />5. Such visual aids (excluding 35 rom slides and movies) for <br />meetings of the advisory committee as the State may <br />request. <br /> <br />Study Schedule <br /> <br />The contractor shall carry out the study according to the <br />following schedule: <br /> <br />(1) Draft detailed POS - Three weeks after effective date <br />of contract with firm. <br /> <br />(2) Final detailed POS - One week after receipt of State <br />comments. <br /> <br />(3) Draft final report - December 15, 1982. <br /> <br />(4) A final report two weeks after receipt of State <br />comments. <br /> <br />8 <br />
