These changes are listed <br />below: <br /> <br />1. This study shall not consider storage in the Piceance <br />Creek basin, but terminal points of delivery in this <br />basin may be considered. However, the study shall <br />not consider transportation of water out of the White <br />River basin. <br /> <br />2. This study shall not consider the Yellow Jacket Water <br />Conservancy District (YJWCD) water rights on Milk Creek <br />in the Yampa River basin, but shall include YJWCD's <br />water rights in the Williams Fork drainage basin, which <br />water rights are to be diverted into the White River <br />basin. <br /> <br />3. This study shall not be constrained by the existing <br />boundaries of the YJWCD, since the District is considering <br />the expansion of these boundaries. <br /> <br />4. The YJWCD has agreed to provide all legal services <br />concerning the subject matter of the study. A description <br />of these services is attached. Since the legal services <br />as described in the subject contract are no longer <br />required, an appropriate amount of engineering services <br />shall be held in reserve for future undefined activities. <br />This amount shall be not less than eight (8) man-weeks <br />of engineering services. <br />
