�� � � <br />Peer Review Committee. <br />a. Each Participant may appoint one person to a Peer Review Group (PRG) to <br />monitor the technical progress of the Study to assure that the Study is conducted in a technically <br />sound manner. <br />b. Prior to initiation of each Study task, the Study Boazd shall request that the <br />PRG review the technical assumptions for tt�e task to determine that the assumptions are appropriate. <br />As soon as practical after the request is received, the PRG shall report in writing to the Study Board <br />and the MTRs. The PRG report may contain sections reflecting majority and minority views. <br />c. The Study Boazd shall authorize the PRG to conduct meetings with the Study <br />consultants and to recommend any technical revisions in the consultants work product to the Study <br />-. -- Boazd. The PRG shall review and assess the Final Report for the Study before it is ieleased or <br />published, with comments from all members of the Study Group and the MTRs who desire to <br />comment. The PRG shall provide the Study Boazd a written report of the PRG review and <br />assessment before the Study Boazd approves the Final Report. <br />ARTI�LE IV <br />t3ew Study Participants <br />1. New Stu� Participants. Additional parties may be allowed to execute an addendum <br />to this Agreement, join the Study, and become Study Participants upon unanimous approval of the <br />then existing Study Participants acting in their sole discretion. The addendum shall specify the rights, <br />powers, duties, rights under Art. I, Section 2.b hereof, initial payment, and other obligations of any <br />new Study Participant. Such addendum may contain reasonable terms and conditions requiring such <br />new party: <br />a. to reimburse the then existing Study Participants for a reasonable share of all <br />expenses previously incutred and expended by such Study Participants; <br />b. to assume a fair and equitable shace of the outstanding liabilities of the Study; <br />and <br />c. to pay such other sums to the Study as may be provided in the addendum. <br />AR'I'� <br />Officers and Powers <br />1. ffce . The officers of the Study Board shall be a President, Vice President, <br />Secretary, Treasurer, and such other officers and ass�stant officers as may be authorized by the Study <br />Boazd from time to time to perform such duties as may be approved by the Study Boazd at will. The <br />President, Vice President, Secretazy, Treasurer and other officers shall be elected by and may be <br />removed by the Study Board. The officers shall have the same powers and duties on behalf of the <br />Study Boazd as the equivalent officers of the Authority have on behalf of the Authority. <br />G]125]N1l5ouNMetroAgrromentlOwpL � - 8 � <br />
