• , � <br />prepared by the consultants; and (4) all final engineering reports either collectively or individually. <br />The duties of the MTRs shall be deemed to be ministerial or administrative in nature, and therefore <br />shall not be deemed or construed to be subject to §24-6-401, et seq., C.R.S: or §24-72-201, et seq., <br />C.R.S. (Open Meetings Act and Open Records Act, respectively) and shall not be considered actions <br />of Douglas County, the Denver Water Board or the Colorado River Water Conservancy District.. <br />c. �tandard of Performance. In performing their duties, the MTRs shall act <br />reasonably and in the best interests of the Study as a whole. <br />d. MTR Meetings with St�y Board. MTRs may meet with the Study Board: <br />(1) after receiving proposals from to perform <br />the Scope of Work, <br />(2) at least quarterly to rece'ive and review progress reports, and <br />(3) at the completion of each task identified in the Scope of Work, <br />e. MTR Compensation. Persons appointed to serve as IvITRs shall not receive <br />compensation from the Study for their services as MTRs. The Study Board may provide for <br />reimbursement to an MTR for reasonable and necessary �penses incurred on behalf of, and <br />authorized by, the Maoagement Team. Nothing herein shall limit the power of any Study Par[icipant <br />to compensate its own appointee to the Management Team. <br />3. 3tudv Manaeer. The Study Boazd may retain a Study Manager who, at the direction <br />of the Study Boazd, shall perform the foliowing tasks: <br />a. Monitor the technicai progress of the consultants engaged to complete the <br />Scope of Work; <br />b. Assist the Study Boazd and MTRs by scheduling, attending, and preparing for <br />meetings; <br />c. Assist the Study Boazd and MTRs in the prepazation of, research, review of <br />documents, and development of the budget and monitor ongoing compliance with the budget; <br />d. Report to the Study Board and MTRs requested; and <br />e.
