An evaluation of the Town of Frederick's water rights, <br />both existing and proposed including priorities and projected yields, transfer <br /> <br />potential and how these water rights affect the availability of water for the <br /> <br />Proposed Project. <br /> <br />D. Central Weld Option. That portion of the study relating to the Central <br /> <br />Weld Option will be completed by Central Weld Water District in an amount not to <br /> <br />exceed $5,000.00. <br /> <br />E. Water Quality. Ample testing will be done to determine the level of <br /> <br />improvement over the existing source as well as a comparison to state standards. <br />Also included will be an estimate of sedimentation in the reservoir and any spe- <br />l cial requirements for selective withdrawal including the need for fishscreen. <br />This section will also include recommendations for improving the <br /> <br />quality of both reservoirs as relates to fish life. <br /> <br />6. Plan of Development <br />A. Physical Plan, A concept plan of the proposed project will be <br /> <br />presented and will include the various project facilities, their purpose and <br /> <br />operations. <br /> <br />B, Geoloqic Investigations. A determination will be made from <br /> <br />existing geological information as to the extent of the total geological infor- <br /> <br />mation required for the project, <br /> <br />C. Design. This section will outline a description of the criteria and <br /> <br />standards used in the design of structures including the following: <br /> <br />a. Sizing Criteria for all project hydraulic features such as <br /> <br />canals, laterals, pipelines, wasteways and their appurtenant structures, Also, <br /> <br />pumping plants, reservoirs, surge tanks and air chambers, <br /> <br />-3- <br />
