PROJECT OUTLINE <br /> <br />The contents of the feasibility report will be submitted in the format <br /> <br />suggested by the guidelines approved by the Colorado Conservation Board, <br />1. Prefacing Material <br />The prefacing material will include the Title Page, letter of <br /> <br />Transmittal, a resolution from the Town of Frederick, Table of Contents, list of <br /> <br />Maps and Exhibits, Project Summary and the Conclusion and Recommendations. <br /> <br />2. General Information <br /> <br />The General Information Section will include a map showing the pro- <br />ject's geographical location. Climatological and environmental data will also <br />be included in this section. <br /> <br />3. The City <br />The history of the Town of Frederick, the laws under which it was <br /> <br />organized, its powers and authorities, financial history and statutes, and its <br /> <br />physical assets will be presented in this chapter, <br /> <br />4. land <br /> <br />The existing and proposed l~nds to be served as depicted by the Town's <br />Comprehensive Planning map will also be included in this section, <br /> <br />5. Water <br /> <br />A, Water Requirements, The report will reflect existing and pro- <br /> <br /> <br />jected municipal and industrial peak hourly, daily, weekly and monthly demands, <br /> <br />B, Surface Water Supply. It will also include an analysis of <br /> <br />possible surface water sources, in terms of projected flows, storage requirements <br /> <br />and transmission routes. The analysis will include a review of the various raw <br /> <br />water sources that potentially could serve the Town of Frederick including the <br /> <br />present source.
