<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PARKS/RECREATION SYSTEM <br /> <br />The District is responsible to provide park/recreation facilities for Castle Pines North. <br />Additional facilities may be installed by developers in the individual parcels. To date, the <br />District has installed and maintains approximately 38 acres of formal landscape in three <br />open space areas--along Castle Pines Parkway, in the Open Space Park along Monarch <br />Boulevard, and in the Neighborhood Park along Tangleoak Drive, Our existing facilities <br />include seven miles of pedestrian trail, one 4-acre ballpark/multi-purpose athletic field and <br />a playground. Future recreational amenities may include an equestrian trail, picnic areas <br />and basketball courts. <br /> <br />FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE SYSTEMS <br /> <br />Fire protection services are provided to the residents of Castle Pines North by Castlewood <br />Fire Protection District. In case of a fire, please contact Castlewood at 771-1519. <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />As with any organization, all of Castle Pines North Metropolitan District's systems are <br />inter-related, and combine to provide the Castle Pines North community with excellent, <br />private services, While we are the responsible party for the operations and maintenance <br />of the systems presented, all owners/developers are responsible to follow the District's <br />guidelines pertaining to participation in the use of these services, For interested parties, <br />copies of the District's Financial Statements and Annual Budgets can be reviewed at the <br />District's office.
