PHYSICAL ASSETS

I

The physical assets of Winter Park Water and Sanitation District are
as fo 11 ows ;
1. One sewage treatment lagoon on United States Forest Service
property under special Use Permit - condition good,
2. One polishing pond constructed on United States Forest Service
property under Special Use Permit - condition good.
3. Two 7t horsepower electric aerator blowers, one installed in
1966, the other in 1976 - conditions good.
4. One small building approximately 8 x 10, Fisher-Porter chlorination
and flow measuring equipment, installed in 1974 - condition good.
5. Approximately three miles of sewer main and manholes, installed
in 1966 - condition fair to good.
