No unusual construction problems are anticipated during
the line construction. The soil is sandy clay underlain
with shale. No ground water is expected during construc-
tion.

D. Easements and Permits
.

All work proposed under Phase I will be constructed in
public right-of-ways and no easements or permits are anti-
cipated at this time. Phase II work will require a permit
to work in State Highways No. 96 and-209.

The project work will require reVlew and approval of the
State Health Department as well as any funding agencies
offering financial assistance to the project.

5. COST ESTIMATES
A separate cost estimate was prepared for Phase I and Phase
II construction. This was in anticipation of availability
of funds for this fiscal year. Included in the Phase I
construction are the costs for the repairs to the collection
reservoir and the costs of completing the telemetering equip-
ment and gas chlorination equipment.

6. FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS
As previouSly mentioned, the present population of the commu-
nity is rather low and the total number of taps served is
only 163. In addition, the present monthly service charge
for water is:
~ $5.00/month minimum for 0-3000 gallons
$0.80/1000 gallons over 3000 gallons
$100.00 water tap fee
